I’m a classical trained singer keen about performing classical and contemporary music in such a way that speaks the language of today, speaks to the people who we are now. Performing the music written nowadays has great importance for me, as well as finding ways to interpret traditional classical music which make it accessible and intriguing, no matter what one’s cultural background is. Experimenting with different ways to perform music and singing, combining it with movement and dance, poetry and unconventional stage settings is a passion of mine and the way I see the future of vocal classical music.
